Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate. We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay. All prices are listed in USD. Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your order has been handed over to USPS, it can no longer be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@ease-store.com. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return Policy below.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 5–12 business days via USPS. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We stand behind our product. If you are not satisfied, you may return your PeacePulse® device within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in a reasonably similar condition to how it arrived — normal wear from use is perfectly fine. We cover all return shipping costs. To initiate a return, contact us at support@ease-store.com with your order number.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
